Privacy Policy

• Account details: name, email address, phone number and password. Passwords are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form and are never kept as plain text.

  بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف وكلمة المرور. تُحفظ كلمات المرور بصيغة مشفّرة فقط، ولا تُخزَّن كنص صريح مطلقًا.

• Delivery details: governorate, district, street, building, floor/apartment, and any delivery notes you add at checkout.

  بيانات التوصيل: المحافظة والمنطقة والشارع والمبنى والطابق/الشقة، وأي ملاحظات تضيفها عند إتمام الطلب.

• Order information: purchased products, order number, payment method, order and payment status, and any promo code or points applied.

• Shopping activity: items in your cart and wishlist.

You may place an order as a guest without creating an account. In that case, we collect only the details required to fulfil and deliver your order.

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID from Google. The account ID is used solely to recognise that you signed in through Google. We never receive your Google password.

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active and for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, handle returns and complaints, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Thereafter, it is deleted or anonymised.
